TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Do you naturally pay keen attention to detail? We are looking for solid Transaction Coordinators to bring transactions to life.
Responsibilities:
Manage the process for homes under contract, which includes the following:
*Tracking and proactively managing deadlines
*Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, home inspectors, contractors, and other vendors as needed
*Managing all related documents/paperwork
*Weekly emails and phone calls to clients
*Gathering estimates and information from vendors as needed
*Completion of various checklist items and tasks to take clients from start to finish
*Troubleshooting and finding solutions for challenging situations
*Managing all systems and technology that relate to Transaction Coordination
Qualifications:
*Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Valid driver’s license
*Well-versed in G- Suites, CRMs, & Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
*Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects/tasks at once
*Exceptional organizational skills
*Trustworthy and dependable
*Real Estate Experience mandatory
